Wireforming

Wire forming is a core competency of G3 Industries back to 1973!   In 2016 Wire forming continues to be a workhorse of the G3 organization thru automation, team work and efficiency!  

  • Our (5) CNC auto benders gives us a big sweet spot in working with .062” thru .629” wire.

    • In the range of .120 / .460 diameter wire, we ad automation in-line with an ATH unit to chamfer, turn and thread single ended formed parts with a maximum thread length of 4".

    • A key to your cost savings opportunity came when G3 added a 5/8” diameter CNC auto bender.  This allows G3 to process this larger diameter wire from coil.  This is not only a lot faster processing time, but it eliminates setting up presses for secondary bending operations and also eliminating the tooling expense to bend/form the wire in those presses.
