Our state-of-the-art Hyper Quadrex CNC Lathe produces a wide variety of multiple feature machined components. It performs turning, drilling, boring, threading, reaming, broaching, slotting, milling, grooving, and cutting off. Each tool position uses live tools permitting cross drilling, milling and tapping, while at the same time using the C-Axis spindles to position the work rotationally in over 3,600,000 possible positions. The twin spindles allow work on both ends of the part simultaneously. The turrets can service either spindle, so both can work on the main spindle simultaneously, or the second spindle simultaneously, or one turret can work on the main spindle while the other turret works on the second spindle. The machine is equipped with a 6 foot bar feeder and an automatic part unloading system.
Our Mazak Optiplex 3015 is busy burning production parts as we speak. This 4000 watt laser cuts up to 1.00” thick material like a hot knife thru butter! This allows you to purchase 2D Laser parts from us at the most competitive prices available in the industry today. And don’t forget, we also have 3D Laser capabilities for fabrications on preformed shapes and for when precision hole to hole location requirements are required after an assembly is welded.
We are Industry Experts in wire forming, tube fabrication, 3D laser, 2D laser, press hit fabrication, robotic welding, TIG MIG, and resistance welding, precision vertical and precision horizontal machining as well as precision turned components. We look forward to serving you.
Our Customer Engineers are terrific problem solvers, who partner with your engineering team to develop the most cost effective product possible. Our Customer Engineers have proven to be a key factor in our strong growth. Our engineers can take your simple sketch or elaborate blueprint and produce a prototype for your pre-production testing and evaluation. These engineers often go to customer sites to work as part of a Kazien event or with your design team to help keep your component and assembly acquisition costs to a minimum, enhance the ease of assembly on your line, and promote safety for your employees and customers. You can take advantage of this G3 service by inviting any of our other experts into your design process.
